Return Policy

At Lazy K Ranch Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that returns are sometimes necessary. Here’s everything you need to know about our return process:

Return Window
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. To initiate a return, please contact us within this timeframe.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, and unwashed. It should still have the original tags attached and be free of any stains, odors (such as makeup, deodorant, perfume, or cigarette smells), pet hair, or any signs of use. Please ensure the item is carefully packaged, ideally in its original packaging, and include either your packing slip or order number.

How to Return
To start a return, email us at Shop@lazykranchboutique.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions for sending the item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue. Be sure to contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and provide photos of any damages.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Pre-order Items: These are custom-ordered for you, and we cannot control shipping delays. Pre-ordered items are non-refundable unless damaged. If damaged, we require photos within 2 days of receipt.
  • Personal Care Products: Due to hygiene reasons, items such as beauty products, jewelry, swimwear, bodysuits, and underwear cannot be returned.
  • Sale Items: All items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned.

Store Credit Only
Please note, all returns will be issued in the form of store credit. We do not offer cash refunds.
